WE'RE HIRING: PARTS & SPARES INTERNAL SALES Mining | Earthmoving | Heavy Equipment | Mechanical Spares Are you currently selling parts and spares into the mining, earthmoving or heavy equipment market? Do you know how to deal with a buyer who needs the right part, right price and right answer - quickly? We want to hear from you. Our client supplies an extensive range of parts, spares and related services to: 🔹 Mines & mining contractors 🔹 Earthmoving equipment owners & operators 🔹 Buyers & procurement departments 🔹 Mechanical repair workshops 🔹 End users 🔹 Resellers & agents WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING You'll be the person customers rely on to get their equipment requirements sorted. ✔ Handle incoming parts & spares enquiries ✔ Understand and identify customer requirements ✔ Prepare quotations and follow them through ✔ Process orders accurately ✔ Check pricing, stock availability and lead times ✔ Keep customers updated from enquiry through to delivery ✔ Build relationships with buyers, workshops, mechanics and resellers ✔ Liaise with purchasing, stores, logistics and technical teams ✔ Capture customer, quotation and order information accurately ✔ Handle the administration that keeps the sales process moving WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We're particularly interested in speaking to candidates who already have experience in: Parts Sales | Spares Sales | Internal Sales | Mining Equipment | Earthmoving Equipment | Heavy Equipment | Mechanical Components You'll need to be: 👉 Confident on the telephone 👉 Sharp with quotations and follow-ups 👉 Accurate with data capturing and administration 👉 Technically minded 👉 Customer-focused 👉 Organised and able to handle pressure 👉 Comfortable dealing with everyone from a workshop mechanic to a mine buyer or procurement manager Most importantly - you must understand that in the spares business, speed, accuracy and communication matter.
