JOB SUMMARY:
Leading steel fabricator and supplier requires an individual with a minimum 3 years’ Internal Sales experience within the steel industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric essential
Minimum of 3 years current / recent internal sales experience within the steel industry is essential
You would be required to service existing customer accounts, develop and maintain relationships with customers, telephonically
Submit orders by referring to price lists and stock lists and compile activity reports
Update stock lists and gather information on pricing and products
Source material in order to maintain minimum and maximum stock levels
Resolve customer complaints
Maintain industry and product knowledge
Contribute to team by completing related tasks when needed and meet sales targets
Pastel computer skills would be an advantage
