Duties and Responsibilities

Full training will be given.
You will require to work Monday to Friday- Office bound.
Each staff member has a daily KPI to achieve .
Your main duties will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients - provide need to market their business - through gifting/ clothing or whatever else it they require.
You will be required to do a set quantity of calls and quotations on a daily basis.

Desired experience and Qualifications

A good command of the English language, written and spoken
Great telephone and etiquette skills
Basic computer literacy, including outlook, internet - word and excel are most important
Work well in a team environment
Take orders with grace and be able to adapt and learn quickly
Sales experience an advantage
Reside in close proximity to the office with no problems getting to and from work
