POSITION INFO:
Your Role This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in sales administration and support. You will work in a supportive office environment with a friendly and driven team. In this position, you will sharpen your skills while keeping daily sales operations running smoothly. You will enjoy strong operational backing and real room to grow your industry knowledge. Job Description Process customer orders accurately from initial booking right through to final invoicing. Stay in touch with factory, warehouse, and office staff to keep orders moving. Track outstanding backorders and give helpful updates to your clients. Answer incoming sales phone calls and assist callers with their queries. Prepare and send out clear written quotes to clients and external reps. Provide day-to-day administrative support to an allocated team of sales reps. Check online e-platforms regularly to download incoming customer orders. Perform general office administration duties to support the internal office manager. What You Need to Apply Experience working in order processing, customer service, or internal sales administration. Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Good organizational and time management skills. A friendly, helpful attitude with strong communication and phone skills. Experience using Sage 300 An industrial lighting background is a helpful bonus!
