SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive sector seeks to employ an Internal Sales and Procurement Coordinator.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

- Present, promote and sell products/services to current or potential clients.
- Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential client''s relationship and goodwill.
- Provide customers, branches and dealers with feedback on outstanding parts on a daily basis.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and to make sure the problem is corrected to the customer''s satisfaction.
- Treat customers, branches and dealers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
- Read catalogue and assist clients/dealers to identify the correct parts.
- Generate sales estimates/quotes and picking lists.
- Follow up on back orders on a daily basis.
- Counter sales staff must follow the company''s payment policy.
- Request parts from main hub.
- Procurement of parts and daily follow-ups on supplier back orders.
- Ensure inventory levels are maintained at all times.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

- Minimum Matric/Grade 12
- At least 1-2 years'' experience within a similar role (internal sales/parts)
