JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in Crown Mines is looking for an Internal / Telesales Consultant to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education: Matric / Any sales and/or marketing qualification will be advantageous
Minimum Experience: 1-5 years
Computer Packages: MS Office Suite / Syspro experience will be advantageous
Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

Receipt and processing of orders received from customers and/or external sales consultants
Processing of Invoices
Prepare and submit quotations
Develop relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and requirements
Handle inbound calls and provide callers with product and service information
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales Managers and/or sales consultants for further development and closure
Liaise with customers and confirm / follow up on orders, prices, quantities and delivery dates
General office administration
