The Role:

The Internal Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the promotion of Altron People Solutionâ??s objectives, vision, goals, products and services to its own employees. The position requires consistent internal communication and employee wellbeing programmes. By improving employee engagement within so that employees understand our business objectives and solutions, we can extend our brand reach to help shape and improve our overall customer experience. Employee Excellence is extremely important to our company''s success, so this role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instil our Brand throughout the organisation
  • Develop and deploy a measurable internal communications strategy
  • Educate employees on the company values, strategies and goals and ensure that they understood and embraced.
  • Write and distribute regular internal company updates
  • Deploy innovative and effective communication tactics and channels
  • Profile Leaders and Heads of Department within the organisation
  • Ensure employees are regularly updated on our products and services so that our internal workforce becomes an extension of the sales teams.
  • Manage and coordinate all internal events
  • Nurture communication and collaboration among employees
  • Manage and implement Recognition and Rewards programmes to ensure employees know that their contributions matter and are essential to the success of the company.
  • Manage all CSI and Employee Giving projects
  • Work with Human Capital to ensure that the employee journey is guided from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Manage all stakeholder surveys
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure relevant features receive external exposure
  • Encourage employee input on corporate policies and leadership, allowing open dialogue and feedbackâ??

Stakeholder Management:

  • Accountable for relationship and stakeholder management with key areas, such as brand, communications, events management, human capital and marketing agencies.
  • Work proactively with Heads of Department, Sales and Human Capital, to optimise employee engagement.
  • External Parties and Relationship Management
  • Oversee relationship with service providers and ensure all the services are delivered effectively, evaluate the performance of Agencies and report any deviations to the relevant department for any corrective actions.

 

Skills and Experience:
  • BA in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
  • Minimum 5 yearsâ?? experience in similar role
  • Proven experience working within a large corporation with a large workforce
  • Creative thinker with experience in successful rewards recognition or incentive programmes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Loves people and thrives to ensure their wellbeing
  • Skilled at conceptualising, managing and coordinating events
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on a companyâ??s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
