POSITION INFO:
The Opportunity This role lets you use your sales skills to achieve clear career advancement. You will receive great team support while helping industrial clients meet their safety needs. Your daily work will directly improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Job Description Answer inbound phone and email sales inquiries quickly and accurately. Prepare accurate price quotations and formal tenders for industrial protective gear. Assist clients in choosing the correct safety wear and protective equipment. Process sales orders smoothly using computer inventory and order management software. Check stock availability and follow up on quotes to close deals. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure fast, on-time deliveries. Help existing commercial customers by introducing complementary high-quality safety products. Who We Looking For ? Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years of proven internal sales experience in industrial PPE or workwear. Good track record of preparing quotes, following up leads, and closing sales. Comfort using computerised inventory systems, Clear, professional communication skills over the phone and through email. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team-player mindset. Background selling to buyers, safety officers, or construction and mining clients is an advantage.
