JOB SUMMARY:
Are you immediately available with International Creditors experience dealing with forex and foreign payments working for a large organisation?

Our International Client requires your minimum 10 years Creditors specialist experience using your compliance mind set following all protocols precisely and dealing with all financial functions with excellent attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant finance qualification
10 years proven working experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
Solid expertise in creditors
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage the accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Experience working with FNB and working on XERO advantageous
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detai

DUTIES

Managing payments - local and foreign
Follow all compliance strictly as required
Managing the full creditors function
Managing internal invoice approvals
Tracking parallel products in the region
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices and payments are accounted for
Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
Working with expense accounts and cost centers
Managing compliance issues around accounts payable processes
