POSITION INFO:
The role's focus is to support the international movement, storage, distribution and administration of products for our client, to ultimately ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location, on time and at the best cost. Responsible for the flow and management of supply chain documentation. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer service, increase sales & efficiency and the overall profitability of the business.

Qualification, Skills and Experience required:
- Grade 12 qualification supported by at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role/ Warehousing/ Stock Control.
- A qualification in International Freight Management/ Transport Economics or Supply Chain Management would be a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of international import supply chain management.
- Knowledge of domestic warehousing and courier operations.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Working knowledge of CRM and ERP system - MS Business Central would be an added advantage.
- Good written and spoken skills in English.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and SharePoint.
Limits of Authority:
Acts under direction from the Supply Chain Manager and accepts functional direction from the Logistics Coordinator. All other actions and decisions must be in accordance with company policies and procedures and those of their customers, suppliers, vendors, and relevant regulatory authorities.
