SUMMARY:
A well-established financial services group is seeking a Regional Manager to drive the growth and positioning of their International Wealth Investment proposition within the local market. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisors and business consultants to support and grow international investment capabilities across various distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow international investment usage across existing and underpenetrated markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and consultants to equip them with the tools and insights to meet client needs effectively.
• Provide specialist support and technical guidance on international products, structures, and investment vehicles.
• Actively promote the international wealth offering through thought leadership, coaching, and market engagement initiatives.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence, including competitor analysis and industry trends, to refine offerings and support business strategy.
• Act as a licensed advisor for international investment products and services where required.

Requirements

• A relevant business degree is essential.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a financial advisory role.
• 5–8 years of experience within the financial services industry, with a focus on investments and wealth management.
• Expert knowledge of international and local financial markets, investment products, and regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of economics, market trends, and pricing dynamics related to wealth products
