Internship - Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

SUMMARY:
This position is designed to build a solid foundation for your career path toward becoming a Business Central Developer within 18–24 months. You will receive ongoing training, mentoring, and hands-on project experience to support your professional growth. As part of your development, you will also have the opportunity to complete your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central MB certifications. As you progress, you will take on more technical responsibilities and play a vital role in developing and maintaining the company’s digital infrastructure.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in Java programming, CSS, and JSON.
• Eagerness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A genuine interest in technology and digital transformation.

• Exposure to ERP systems or understanding of basic business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain).
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure, Power Platform, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to Python or Microsoft Fabric will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Engage with users across departments to gather system requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Learn and begin development using AL (Application Language) under guidance from senior developers.
• Apply your knowledge of Java, CSS, and JSON to enhance user interfaces and support system integrations.
• Assist with system testing, documentation creation, and end-user training.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve basic functional and technical issues.
• Contribute to internal IT projects aimed at streamlining and automating business processes.
