JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Inventory Controller

Role:
Raw Material and Consumables

- Management of Purchase Orders documents
- Health and Safety Documentation
- dministrative tasks to ensure efficient running of the warehouse operations, including but not limited to:
- To adhere to KPl's and measurements which the Company has set out.
- Monthly monitoring of warehouse KPI's which include but are not limited to:

Issue raw material into production and process in Syspro
Produce the picking list per job of materials issued into production
Update Job Cards with materials issued
Manage left over raw materials returned to stock and make adjustment in Syspro
Conduct cycle counts to ensure correlation between stock on the floor and in Syspro
Monitor and evaluate usage of consumables
Ensure that finished goods are collected from production timeously
Enter receipt of finished goods onto Syspro and reconcile against material issued
Responsible for stock verification
Provide support and absence cover to the Warehouse Manager from time to time
Conduct cycle counts to ensure stock on the floor correlates with Syspro
Transfer stock from one branch to another
Conduct Goods In Transits checks
Check expiry dates on stock
Check lot or batch numbers
Supervision of 8 staff
Relieve Dispatch Manager when required
Warehouse Planning and stock rotation
Management and control of monthly stock take
Ensuring that the warehouse is space is efficiently organised
Ensuring that all racks have been properly labelled
Housekeeping and to ensure free space on the floor
All other related duites
