INVENTORY CONTROLLER/ STOREMAN

POSITION INFO:
A career opportunity exists at RTG TECHNICAL SERVICES in Nigel, for the position of: INVENTORY CONTROLLER Job Summary (not limited to): • Perform all aspects of stock handling (Ordering, receiving, matching documentation, packing, loading, offloading, maintaining, picking, issuing, capturing) • Accurate, efficient capturing and maintaining of the inventory management system. • Addressing of inventory discrepancies. • Control and issue special tools. • Performs physical cycle count of inventory. • Coordinating stock counts. • Monitoring inventory levels. • Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards. • Improving inventory management and procedures. • Inventory reconciliations. • Other duties as assigned. Requirement: • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Storeman • Contactable References • Matric • Computer literacy (intermediate Excel advantageous) • Willingness to work overtime when required • Sober habits • Medically fit to lift heavy items • Own transportation • Working knowledge of inventory management software (advantageous) Remuneration: To be discussed in the interview
