Inventory Coordinator (Agricultural) Sandton

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Management, or Accounting
• Matric certificate
• 3+ years’ warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
• Stock movement and reconciliation essential
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in English; Afrikaans an advantage
• SAP/ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills; data analysis a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding charges and process related invoices
• Raise POs for depot expenses and ensure timely approvals
• Update dashboards and compile stock counts and reports
• Oversee stock transfers and resolve SAP/system issues
• Maintain admin team filing and assist with month-end closing
• Coordinate monthly reconciliations and reporting
• Manage procure-to-pay processes and courier logistics
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Apply inventory/supply chain principles and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
