SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an Inventory Coordinator to effectively and efficiently conducting inventory management by site/s and coordinating the team day to day basis.

POSITION INFO:

Inventory Coordinator – Sandton HQ

Key Qualifications:

Diploma in Finance, Management, or Accounting
Matric certificate
3+ years’ warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
Stock movement and reconciliation essential
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Proficient in English; Afrikaans an advantage
SAP/ERP experience (SAP preferred)
Intermediate Excel and Word skills; data analysis a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding charges and process related invoices
Raise POs for depot expenses and ensure timely approvals
Update dashboards and compile stock counts and reports
Oversee stock transfers and resolve SAP/system issues
Maintain admin team filing and assist with month-end closing
Coordinate monthly reconciliations and reporting
Manage procure-to-pay processes and courier logistics
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Apply inventory/supply chain principles and problem-solving skills
Collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
