ð° R750/780 000 per annum (incl. Medical Aid & Pension)

POSITION INFO:
Are you a finance candidate who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting involved on the ground? We’re looking for a Finance professional with strong inventory, costing, and planning experience to step into a hands-on Inventory Manager role at a leading manufacturing company.

In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between finance and operations — owning the raw materials planning, forecasting, and stock control that keeps production running smoothly.
ð What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Forecast raw material requirements in line with production and sales trends ð
Develop and implement accurate inventory control systems ð§¾
Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock
Conduct regular physical stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams
Improve inventory turnover ratios and minimize stockholding costs
Use Syspro or other ERP systems to manage stock movements and reporting

â What We’re Looking For:

Finance degree (Accounting, CIMA preferred)
5+ years' experience in stock accounting, planning, costing & forecasting
Manufacturing or supply chain exposure is a must
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro highly advantageous)
Analytical mindset with hands-on approach
Able to work well under pressure and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
