SUMMARY:
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Investec Bond Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Investec bond registration processes and requirements and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Handle the full process of Investec bond registrations from instruction to final account.
Draft and prepare bond documents in accordance with Investec requirements.
Liaise with clients, banks, bond originators, and Deeds Office.
Conduct follow-ups on outstanding documentation and progress.
Ensure accurate data capturing and file management.
Prepare final accounts and statements.
Ensure adherence to compliance, deadlines, and quality control measures
