Provide administrative support to investment management team, ensuring efficient operations, accurate client account handling, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Diploma \/ Degree in Business Administration or similar 2 years administrative experience in financial services or investment management Knowledge of segregated mandate requirements Familiarity with investment administration, FICA and FAIS compliance Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of stockbroking processes and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange is beneficial Key Performance Areas: Stakeholder engagement and collaboration - act as the point of contact Ensure FAIS and FICA compliance New business processing and administrative support Manage and maintain accurate client portfolio records, including track and communicate portfolio actions such as dividends and corporate events Process investment instructions including trades, deposits, and withdrawals Prepare and distribute regular investment reports and compliance updates Maintain a complete and accurate audit trail of all client documentation Coordinate internal and client meetings, including agendas and minutes Assist with general administrative duties such as diary management, travel, and office support
