This revered Debt Advisory firm is looking for an Investment Analyst – Debt Advisory to join their dynamic team in City Centre, Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description
Our client is a BBBEE rated level 2 private lending and debt advisory services firm with a primary focus on Capital Raising for operating companies and property transactions. They have a track record of more than 10 years within the debt capital markets and has strong technical expertise. The Analyst that they are looking to employ will be responsible for research, financial modelling, valuations, conducting due diligence, risk assessments, scenario analysis, preparing information memorandums, writing and presenting reports and final closing on deals. The ideal candidate needs to be fast-thinking, ambitious and well-spoken.

Job experience & skills required

Chartered Accountant or related financial qualification
1-2 years’ experience in any debt advisory / lending / leverage finance space
Robust valuations, analysis, and financial modelling skills
Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
Strong academics
