Investment Analyst - Private equity fund

SUMMARY:
The Investment Analyst will work autonomously and support the investment team in financial modelling and analysis, conducting due diligence on prospective investments, assisting in preparing investment proposals and post-investment management.

POSITION INFO:

You will assist in presenting findings on investments together with remedial actions to both the investee companies’ management and the Fund.
This is a private equity and debt fund.

Responsibilities include:

• Financial analysis and modelling;
• Preparation of investment memoranda for internal and external use;
• Conducting financial and other business-related research;
• Conducting due diligence on prospective investments;
• Assistance in the execution of transactions and
• Post investment management and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role;
• Outstanding qualitative and analytical skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel a must;
• Robust organizational and time management skills;
• Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure and
• Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
