SUMMARY:
The Investment Analyst will work autonomously and support the investment team in financial modelling and analysis, conducting due diligence on prospective investments, assisting in preparing investment proposals and post-investment management.

POSITION INFO:

You will assist in presenting findings on investments together with remedial actions to both the investee companies’ management and the Fund.
This is a private equity and debt fund.

Responsibilities include:

Financial analysis and modelling;
Preparation of investment memoranda for internal and external use;
Conducting financial and other business-related research;
Conducting due diligence on prospective investments;
Assistance in the execution of transactions and
Post investment management and reporting.

Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role;
Outstanding qualitative and analytical skills;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Proficiency in Excel a must;
Robust organizational and time management skills;
Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure and
Basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
