An investment banking and asset management division requires a Corporate Finance Advisor/Investment Banker. The company provides a broad range of services, including corporate finance advisory, asset management, stockbroking, private equity, structured products, and registry services.

TO BE BASED ANYWHERE IN AFRICA and/or DUBAI

Typically deals with clients wishing to start or grow their operations in Africa and helps them develop solutions that meet their financing, strategic, and investment objectives.

The company wishes to develop its Corporate Finance Advisory franchise and is interested to discuss with seasoned corporate finance professionals with a strong network of client relationships in Sub-Saharan Africa. The key objective of the role is to draw upon the candidate’s existing relationships to generate advisory mandates and execute transactions.

• Seasoned corporate finance professional with deep experience of advising clients on structuring and raising financing across the capital structure;
• An extensive network of client relationships across various sectors and locations in Sub Saharan Africa;
• Track record of originating, executing and/or placing Corporate Finance transactions in Africa
• Relationships with institutional investors/lenders, including DFIs, financial institutions, asset managers, family offices etc.
