JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the designated new investment cluster business is accurately set-up on all IT and reporting platforms
Management and detailed understanding of the take-on balance sheet
Month end reporting, including variance analysis (actuals vs budget and forecasts)
Management and statutory financial reporting
Ensuring that financial records are maintained which are comprehensive, up to date, accurate and meet legal and regulatory requirements
Tax and VAT compliance
Provide guidance to designated investment cluster business on forecasting and budgeting processes
Ensure the accurate treatment of intercompany transactions of the new designated investment cluster business
Manage the audit process (internal and external)
Manage and review reconciliations (bank account, balance sheet accounts)

Requirements:

Qualified CA
Experience within financial services would be advantageous
Ideally 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Financial Accounting role

Technical Competencies:

Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
JDE accounting
DU (budgeting tool)
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office essential, especially Excel

Accurate and fast worker, ability to work under pressure
