SUMMARY:
We are looking for a robust Investor Relations Manager to drive business results strategically. Relay factual and relevant information timeously to all stakeholders. Market stocks to existing and potential investors successfully and keep abreast on share prices and competitive interests. The Investor Relations Manager will be an excellent communicator, an exceptional networker and highly analytica

POSITION INFO:

Maintain a positive public image of the business through all engagements

Designated contact for all existing and prospective investors relating to updates, briefing etc.

Engage through networking

Provide a comprehensive analysis on corporate activities

Prepare and facilitate all meetings, road shows and conferences

Take full control of annual meetings, the administration and logistics involved

Manage the research entailing perception studies, targeting and IR platforms to target investors and analyze shareholder activity

Prepare periodic reports, financial analysis, and research models timeously

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge & use of financial metrics and financial tools

Easily translate convoluted financial data to comprehensible text

Ability to improve investor opportunities

Highly skilled in MS suite

Qualification:

Non – Negotiable:

CA(SA)

Minimum 10 years Post Article experience

Minimum 5 years in a similar role
