They are looking for a diligent Invoicing Clerk to join their finance team and take ownership of the invoicing function. Key Responsibilities: Generate and process customer invoices on Sage Evolution Verify billing information and ensure invoice accuracy Maintain invoicing records and supporting documentation Resolve invoicing discrepancies and customer queries Assist with monthly invoicing and reporting requirements Reconcile invoicing transactions where required Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate billing Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Matric (Grade 12) Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in an invoicing, billing, or finance administration role Proven experience working on Sage Evolution is essential Experience within a high-volume invoicing environment will be advantageous Skills: Sage Evolution Microsoft Excel Strong numerical and reconciliation skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Apply now!
