The Role: Italian-Speaking Resource Consultant / Resource Analyst
As a Resource Consultant, your core focus is to power the company''s recruitment engine by building a rich, structured talent database and producing high-quality market insights. You''ll use research and data-driven methods to map competitors, identify key talent, and support hiring managers with qualified candidate pipelines. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment analytics, talent engagement, and working in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 1-3 years experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent mapping
- Map 10-12 key competitors across 45+ branches in the Netherlands and UK
- Identify and document key personnel (e.g., Branch Managers, Sales Managers)
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and internal tools
- Reconnect with past candidates to build and maintain a warm pipeline
- Maintain accurate and structured data in the CRM system
- Produce actionable competitor insights and market intelligence reports
- Partner with regional leaders and hiring managers on role requirements
- Support recruitment leads with qualified shortlists for immediate and future roles
- Uphold high standards of data accuracy and administrative discipline
About You
- Native or C1/C2 fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
- 1-3 years experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent intelligence
- Experience in wholesale, sales, or industrial sectors is a plus
- Strong research skills and the ability to handle large datasets
- Proficient in LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, CRMs, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with recruitment software and IP phone systems (training provided)
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
- Strong communication skills and professional outreach etiquette
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup
