SUMMARY:
The individual needs to be within contract logistics/ warehousing ideally within freight forwarding. JDA Systems experience is CRITICAL for this role. Ideally with project implementation within a warehouse environment.

POSITION INFO:

Desired Experience & Qualification

Knowledge and experience

5 Years proven experience in supporting JDA applications, such as JDA dispatcher, JDA Supply Chain Planning, or JDA Transportation & Logistics.
Familiarity with SQL queries.
Relevant certifications in JDA applications or supply chain management (e.g., JDA Certified Professional) would be a plus.
Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues, employing analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with JDA applications, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of JDA applications and systems, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to investigate and resolve complex application problems.
Conduct root cause analysis for application failures and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Perform regular application maintenance activities, such as applying patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to escalate and resolve critical application issues.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of JDA applications and associated tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in JDA technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
