Job Description

Looking for someone passionate and energetic who requires minimal supervision. Able to pick up and make decisions on their own.

Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans and food safety management systems
Conduct regular food safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all stages of production
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and reports related to food safety program
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety culture and performance

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification – Diploma or BTech
2 to 4 years of experience
Confectionery experience a MUST
