Employer Description My client is an agricultural company that develops, manufactures and supplies plant nutrition and soil health solutions. Job Description I am looking for a number of Technical Sales Reps in different national areas of South Africa to take responsibility for the sales of our client's plant nutrition business. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned region Conduct farm visits to assess crop performance and identify nutritional requirements Recommend customised fertiliser and plant nutrition programmes based on crop, soil and environmental conditions Develop trusted advisor relationships with growers and key decision-makers Monitor crop performance and provide ongoing technical support throughout the growing season Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, Soil Science or a related field Skills 5 years Previous experience in technical agricultural sales or agronomy Sound knowledge of crop production, plant nutrition and soil fertility Understanding of fertiliser and other agrochemicals.
