JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER

POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Howick area, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

!PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Relevant qualification/s in bookkeeping or accounting with 3yrs+ previous working experience as a Bookkeeper, or;

Grade 12 Maths and Accountancy (higher grade) with 5yrs+ previous working experience as a Bookkeeper.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Advanced MS Excel skills. Relevant accounting packages (Pastel) experience (up to trial balance).

Required to capture information, analyze and interpret figures and compile concise reports.

Preference will be given to individuals with experience in the manufacturing of building/construction

products and wholesale/retail operational environment.
