Lubumbashi Area – DRC: Our client is looking for a Junior Farm Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate supports the Senior Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing farm sections and leading small teams

Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years of experience in a farm management or supervisory role.
Practical knowledge of agricultural workflows.
Leadership potential and team coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise specific farm sections and associated personnel.
Assist with planning, implementation, and oversight of agricultural activities.
Manage inputs, machinery in assigned areas, and help optimize productivity
