JUNIOR FIELD SUPERVISOR (Indonesia)

POSITION INFO:

KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful incumbent will be assigned to work in my client’s Palm Oil Estates Operations Department.
• Oversee daily field operation activities: planting, harvesting, crop care and road maintenance (PDCA).
• Coordinate efficient transportation of harvested fruit from estate to mills.
• Analyze field productivity data to identify areas for performance improvement (for daily activities and process improvement initiatives).
• Mentoring and upskilling of field workers.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor''s Degree in Agriculture / Forestry or a related field.
• Three to five years experience in agriculture or field based operations.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Independent, Proactive, eager to learn and results oriented.
• Strong social and interpersonal skills.
• Exposed to meeting and working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Ideally has travelled outside home region or overseas (Asia would be beneficial).
• Willing to learn different languages.
• Comfortable to live and work in remote areas.
• Outdoor hobbies and sports interests.
• Relationship status: preferably single.
