POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
Financial Administration: Experience in logging, capturing, checking, invoicing
Following up on outstanding accounts and patient / account information
Knowledge of ICD10 and Eminance - beneficial
Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel and Word)
Maintaining and forming good relationships with clients
Dealing with basic account and client queries via telephone in adherence with procedural, productivity and quality standards
Responsible for incoming calls and Reception
Accountable for achieving results through own efforts
Afrikaans/English fluency a non-negotiable
