JOB SUMMARY:
East London Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a Junior Grower to join the team.
The Junior Grower will be responsible for the monitoring and documentation of plant growth, scouting for disease and completion of all tasks as required by the Senior Grower.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Horticultural Degree
0-2 years in an assistant grower role
Agricultural growing exposure an advantage
Computer literacy
Time management
Quality Systems

KEY SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Attention to detail

Ability to communicate efficiently
The ability to process and manage administration in line with specific systems and structures
The ability to work in a team
