JUNIOR MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR (ELANDSFONTEIN)

SUMMARY:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Maintenance Department, coordinating quotations, job cards, suppliers, customers and maintenance documentation.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric Office\/Business Administration, Mechanical\/Refrigeration Engineering or related qualification advantageous 1-2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a maintenance or technical environment Intermediate Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Word ERP, job card or maintenance management system experience advantageous Experience with quotations, supplier pricing and purchase order tracking advantageous Valid driver's licence advantageous By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
