JUNIOR QUANITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR (CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY)
POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced JUNIOR QUANITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR
(CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern, position based in Morningside, Durban.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications / working experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous working experience in the construction industry is essential.
Person must be able to estimate quotations and tenders.
Prepare quotes and tenders by gathering documentation and specifications and site meetings.
Identifies labour, material, and time requirements.
Project management experience.
