A Java Developer is responsible for the programming and development of applications and software using the popular programming languages

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the project team developing a new solution for customers
• Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives.
• Review and present proposed system solution to Team Lead and Product Owner
• Participate and Contribute to code review processes
• Integrate to 3rd Party systems
• Design, implement and maintain java application phases
• To take part in software and architectural development activities
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
• Identifying production and non-production application issues
• Transforming requirements into stipulations
• Develop, test, implement and maintain application software
• Recommend changes to improve established java application processes
• Develop technical designs for application development
• Develop application code for java programs
• Strong team player

Education

• IT related Qualification (preferably a degree in computer science or information systems)
