SUMMARY:
a Well Established IT company in Pretoria is looking for a Java developer to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Will be required to develop custom web applications using Java

Front End: HTML5/JavaScript client front end.
Backend: REST API with JSON objects.
API Controller methods for CRUD operations on tables.
API Controller methods for Transactions
API Controller methods for Reporting - Jasper Reports to be converted to use latest library. Methods support returning PDF or XLSX for report format.
Authentication / Authorisation – Azure Active Directory
Storage - Use JPA – Azure SQL Database ( The current database entities would remain the same )
Use of latest version of JDK
Optional Backend to run in Docker Container (Lin
Java
Puthon
C++
Technologies: Spring Boot, NodeJS with ReactJS, GraphQl
Databases: MySQL/ MariaDB
Development envirinment: Visual Studio, IntelliJ
5 years experience in Java/ C++
