WHAT: We're building a team of Intermediate, Senior, and Lead Software Quality Engineers to work within a team of really cool techies (yes, even people in the banking sector can be cool.) You will be required to either have been a Java Developer previously or do both role simultaneously as you will be tested on your Java coding skills (Java 8)

SQE I, II:

• Excellent knowledge of the SDLC

• Experience taking an active role in Agile ceremonies

• Excellent programming skills in an object orientated programming knowledge

• Experience in unpacking acceptance criteria for user stories

• Ability to articulate complex issues

• Microservices architecture understanding

• Problem solving attitude

• Collaborate effectively within a squad

• Hands on experience with automating (Web, API, Mobile)

• Experience with designing, developing and executing automated tests

• Experience with defect management

• Experience using branching, merging and pull requests for source code management

• Experience writing Gherkin feature files using Cucumber

• Experience with exploratory testing

• Excellent communication skills

• An eye for detail and the desire to make sure things are done right

• Experience in "you built it, you own it, you maintain it"

• Experience in data management practices.

• Experience in functional test execution practices.

• Experience in requirement analyse and requirement extraction.

• Experience in what can and should be automated based on highest return on investment (ROI).

QA Lead:

• Experience with leading and managing between 4 & 6 squads of software quality engineers
• Experience with collaboration across multiple squads
• Strong experience with pioneering quality engineering practices in all your squads
• Experience with defect management using Jira
• Contribute both in ideas and execution to the ongoing improvement of the architecture
• Be involved in all Agile ceremonies
