POSITION INFO:
The Role:

Essential functions:

• Call Management.
• Reporting.
• Quality control
• SLA Management.
• Direct User communication verbally and written.

Essential Qualification:

• Grade 12
• Computer and MS Office Literate (Administrative Certificate)

Preferred Qualification:

• ITIL Foundation V3
• A+
• N+

Experience required:

• 1-2 years of administrative work experiences via Service Desk, Call Coordinating or similar.

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills and fluent in English verbally and written
• Attention to Detail
• Self-sufficient. 

Work environment:

• Building, floors with access to stairs. 

Physical demands:

• Bound to sitting at desk mostly.
