JOB SUMMARY:
The role
This role is ideal for an individual who loves sales and account management, if you are looking for a role that is split between being on the road and Recruitment Account Management, this role is right space for you.
Source new business through business development and aggressive canvasing
Account Management through telephonic, virtual, and face to face contact with existing clients
Partner with Recruitment team to Ensure client-base is maintained and CRM is updated
Provide weekly and monthly feedback to Sales & Recruitment Management
Responsible for full lead generation, networking, and researching ideal clients
Accurate Monthly Planning
Attend HR, Recruitment, Marketing and Promotional events
Advise management of any client concerns or challenges
Monitor industry trends and offer proactive solutions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate
Has positive attitude and is driven by a passion for working with people and closing sales deals.
Go getter sales representative who will form part of young and vibrant team.
Passion and focus on creating a great internal and external value
Self-management and motivation essential i.e. ability to multi-task, thorough attention to detail
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and time
Communicate effectively
Basic understanding of the recruitment industry

To Qualify:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in the Recruitment Industry a definite advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent team working skills
Demonstrated success in Client and Relationship Management
Able to partner with other departments (Recruitment and Marketing)
