Well established Commercial Law Firm is looking for Jnr Commercial Attorney to join their dynamic team
Salary Market Related based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

LLB degree
Com Law / Finance degree will be advantageous
Newly admitted to 3 years’ post-article experience in Commercial Law
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
Strong contract drafting skills
Knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (including M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous
Fully computer literate (including MS Word, Excel, etc.)
