JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a confident and well spoken individual loves marketing and client liaison?

Our property UK company has this great opportunity based in Cape Town where you will be involved with the marketing team to improve brand visibility, phone new clients explaining their business expertise and assisting with sales & marketing functions.

Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday – Friday. 1 day in office in Stellenbosch, 4 days remote working.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric and relevant tertiary education
2 – 3 years similar work experience
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, & social media marketing
Excellent writing and communication skills
Confident with excellent people skills
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite
Creative with an eye for detail and design
Energetic and willing to grow and learn in the position
At home office space (laptop and wifi)
Working Hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday – Friday. 1 day in office in Stellenbosch, 4 days remote working.

DUTIES

Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
Monitor and report on competitor activity
Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
Work closely with in-house departments to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
Source and secure new leads
Liaise with property developers and freeholders and organise meetings
Maintain and update customer databases
Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Cold calling to potential clients by creating warm leads
Assist the team in creating legal documents to send to potential Right to Manage Leads
