JOB SUMMARY:
A young and dynamic centralized and integrated procurement and logistics house, committed to providing goods and services , has an opportunity for a Junior Procurement and Logistics Officer, that will be responsible for the procurement and logistics of mining equipment for their clients based in various SADC countries.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Areas of responsibility

Purchase planning;
Standards determination;
Specifications development;
Suppliers research and selection;
Value analysis;
Financing;
Price negotiation;
Making the purchase;
Supply contract/order administration;
Management of third party logistics services providers;
Inventory Planning, control and management;
Warehousing;
Communications with Procurement of Goods and Services;
Packaging and Storage;
Transportation arrangements;
Customer service.
