SUMMARY:
A family-owned farming business specialising in the cultivation, packing, and export of table grapes and citrus, is seeking a Junior Production Manager (Citrus).

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in citrus production
Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture
Knowledge of fertilisation, irrigation, disease, and pest control
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of a ±160ha citrus production unit
Oversight of production, labour, packhouse, and quality management
Maintenance management and farm administration
Fertilisation, irrigation, and harvest management
