SUMMARY:
Leading aviation company based in Lanseria requires a Junior Receptionist with 1 - 2 years reception / admin experience.

POSITION INFO:
Assist clients and show them around the school
Post cancellations about flights every one hour
Hangar inspection - Make sure the students are not damaging planes
Change water from the water dispenser and make sure there is enough water for the weekend
Notice board update - Make sure the NOTAMS are posted everyday on the noticeboard
Permit - Make sure every student has a permit, New students must be booked for AVSEC training and issued a temporary permit
Escort - escort clients from the gate and someone needs to be at the front desk.
Aircrafts - Aircrafts must be parked properly and needs to be clean inside
Seams - Ensure all flights are opened and closed on SEAMS, if you need any assistance please contact the bookings manager
Student Files - Create new student files
Print Debrief, loadsheet and enrolment forms
