The Joint Hotel Manager will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable hotel operations while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

- Oversee daily hotel operations across departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Drive revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and local partners.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
Requirements:- Matric certificate (minimum)
- Own reliable vehicle
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail
- Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Previous hospitality or marketing qualification/experience is beneficial
- Availability to work occasional evening shifts
