JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Gauteng, Krugersdorp
R10 000 - R20 000 CTC depending on experience (Medical, Pension)

A growing agri-business based in Krugersdorp is seeking a qualified and motivated Junior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric essential (Accounting)
Tertiary studies in Accounting or Finance (relevant courses or certificates)
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a junior accountant or accounting clerk
Experience with Syspro (advantageous)
Knowledge of agricultural business environments (advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Able to work independently with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements
Reviewing and supervising subordinates’ work
Budgeting and cash flow assistance
Month-end closing procedures
Preparation of monthly working paper files
Handling queries from the Financial Manager
