POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Capture and process supplier invoices while ensuring accurate cost allocations and reconciliations Perform creditor reconciliations and assist with supplier payments and query resolution Support the accounts receivable function, including invoicing and statement distribution Process journals and assist with month-end accounting activities Maintain and update the fixed asset register and process related transactions Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial analysis Prepare reports and support the finance team with ad-hoc requests and projects Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls Skills & Experience: Experience within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Exposure to fixed assets and month-end accounting processes Strong reconciliation and reporting skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience using Sage or similar accounting systems - advantageous Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment Qualification: Diploma in Finance, Accounting OR Equivalent Accounting Degree - advantageous For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
