Junior Accountant

Position requires a candidate with completed B.Com (Accounting) / B.Compt, coupled with a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Junior Accountant. KPI's include: B/S reconciliations, preparing journals, VAT reconciliations; reporting and reconciliations; ensure the accuracy of funding facilities including interest on arrears calculations, settlement and amortization calculations; debtors allocations and reconciliations; sending invoices and statements to customers; instructing banks via the various supplier systems to collect repayments due to the company; management and resolution of unpaid instructions; resolve certain customer queries; work with the company's legal team when required and support the Accountants. Position would ideally suit a female.
